Personality Blind Spots

In researching information for the new performance strategies i am planning for our organization, i came across this site that provides a quick way to get some insight into how you may or may deal with things. http://profilefree.perfprog.com/

This is my (Burke Allen) "blind sopt" profile

RESPONSIBLE HIGH-STANDARDS BUILDER
Greatest Potential Strength: Innate self-discipline and standards for doing the “right” thing.

Potential Blind Spot: In pursuit of goals can become too serious and overly responsible. Can become distant, angry, aloof and inflexible when too focused.

SENSITIVE PERCEPTIVE CREATOR
Greatest Potential Strength: Use perception to find unique, creative ways of understanding the emotional needs and state of people and organization.

Potential Blind Spot: Can become too emotionally focused and ignore social expectations. Can overwork and become ill.

EMPATHETIC CONFLICT-AVOIDING DIPLOMAT
Greatest Potential Strength: Use perception to “walk in the shoes” of others and understand their needs – make excellent facilitators to bring a group together.

Potential Blind Spot: Can become lost in other people’s needs and ignore their own needs. Avoid negative feedback.

It shows the personality strengths i can and should leverage as well as areas i need to be mindful of and to work on
